RETURNS
If for any reason your product is faulty or broken please contact us at info@remedier.com.au and we will contact you with further details to arrange an exchange or return. Customers are liable for any postage return charges unless we deem the goods to be faulty or broken. Unfortunately we cannot receive any claims after 7 days of you receiving your goods. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind purchases. Please note that if 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange so please choose carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the seal unbroken and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
SHIPPING
Postage is free of charge for Australian orders over $150.00. For orders less than $150.00, standard postage will be charged at $10.00. After your order is placed, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be shipped. If you need your items by a certain date, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
For Australian Orders, please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive after shipping. If you would like your parcel to be left at your premises, please leave a note at the checkout with a detailed description of where your parcel should be left. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are left without a signature.
If you need your delivery fast, please choose the Express Postage option at checkout ($15). Your order will be shipped via Australia Post Express overnight service, subject to area availability. (Please check the Australia Post website for express overnight delivery regions).
